Dr. Bilal Başel successfully completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2010 and received the title of Dentist. In the same faculty, he received the title of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist in 2015.

In 2007, he was a Visiting Physician at Wurzburg University Faculty of Dentistry, and in 2014, he received Plastic Surgery Department Rotation training and Anesthesiology & Reanimation Department Rotation training. Dr. Bilal Başel worked at Acıbadem Fulya Hospital between 2010 and 2012, at Marmaradent Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic between 2012 and 2013, and continues his professional work at Istanbul Private Çamlıca Dent Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, which he founded in 2016.
